MacGregor is right - Milley should be hauled before Congress and placed under oath and forced to answer questions about this whole affair. If Woodward's book is wrong, that's his chance to dispute it.
Only problem with Congressional testimony is that DOJ has to prosecute perjury and they are NOT going to do that, not under Biden. So some sort of military proceeding would probably be better.
Either way, I am sickened we have people in the military trying to run America like a banana Republic. Military coups are third world shite.

Two things of note...
I watched the full segment later last night. I was stunned to the the MSM has gone full in on your statement. 'Hero' was a word used. As Tucker mentions, the last two... George Will and Barry McCaffery were unexpected. I know they dislike Trump but never thought I would hear them defend this behavior.
#1 - Milley reportedly stated 'General Li, you and I have known each other for five years. If we're going to attack, I'm going to call you ahead of time. It's not going to be a surprise'.
#2 - Milley called a meeting with the National Military Command Center and reportedly stated, 'You report to me' getting each officers commitment of loyalty to usurp the chain of command.

PS - This is the full segment but wish I could locate the additional material I viewed on DVR; with combat veteran Doug MacGregor. You've probably seen him before. Doug stated he wants Milley before Congress, under oath explaining what really happened, not what is being reported.

If Milley was truly concerned, if he had honestly thought that Trump had lost it, he should have communicated his concerns to either Mike Pence or SecDef. That would be the proper chain...unless he is covering for both. However, I think the report has him doing this in October of last year on the first call.

Unfortunately what we have right now is a government that will not do anything about it. and will actively prevent any agency (If there is any) from doing anything about it or even acknowledge it. We have a main stream media that will largely ignore the story and a social media that will largely scrub (or attach fact check footnotes to spin the story away from what it really is)
and most disheartening, IF by some stroke of miracle the conservative party regains control of congress in 2022 THEY will do nothing to address this or all of the problem currently that prevent justice from being carried out in this and other matters.
The upper tier management of the CIA, NSA, FBI, Justice Department, Homeland Security, State Department, IRS, every major news media outlet and every social media outlet need to be rounded up and thrown in prison, if not worse.
Media and social media outlets should all be stripped of any protections they have and made to EARN those privilege's back by demonstrating they can and will operate as independent information sources beholden to no party or face felony charges for corruption and public misinformation and possible treason against the united states government and people.
This will never happen, especially under a corrupt quasi-socialist democrat controlled government.
And not under a conservative controlled government because they do not have the balls to fight against the socialist take over of the United States.
I think it's pretty plain that this country is fricked and "We the People" no longer matter to the "elected" American Royalty in Washington DC.
If there is a way to reverse this course it is not very apparent to me at least. I only see one option.

A precedent has been set from the left at the time they were allowed to undermine and attack a sitting President EVERY SINGLE DAY for 4 frickING YEARS WITHOUT ACCOUNTABILITY!
