My guess is that Stevens will be more practical than Ainge and more ready to make deals where he doesn't have to crush the other team to make it.

The fact that we're hearing about this says that will be the case. Stevens is fresh off the front lines and I would imagine he's prioritizing fixing what he feels is broken. In his first year he should be much more practical than a GM that's locked into the legacy of his previous moves.

The celtics must've valued him like jrue before the injuries.

I'm fine with trading adams and bledsoe for kemba.

Kemba would solve the point guard problem and only has 2 years left

Griffen put himself in this position

More offseason rumors:

quote:

Michael Scotto @MikeAScotto 16m

NBA executives think the Hornets will go after Jarrett Allen and Richaun Holmes in free agency, Aaron Holiday will be available, and Daniel Theis could earn more than the mid-level exception. Those notes and more with @YossiGozlan on the @hoopshype podcast

Holiday being available probably means Brogdon is less available.

As a lot of people are predicting, the pickings could be slim this off-season. No one seems to be selling.
