I was watching Brett Adair earlier and he was in a parking lot in Vestavia Hills. His camera showed what looked like a river running through an office complex.

pop back up around Memphis after the line has pushed through?

There's a cold front draped across there and it's sitting right by the primary surface low.

The front has passed, it has stopped raining, but it looks like the apocalypse to my west.

why am I not surprised there's a city in Texas named Gun Barrel City?

My Lakehouse in on the Gun Barrel City/Mabank line. I can receive deliveries there using either city in the address. Their city logo is 2 pistols with their barrels crossing and it’s everywhere around town

I saw that one.
It really is ridiculous, particularly for a company that employs an "Extreme Meteorologist" whom they pay well for chasing storms.

PRATTVILLE TORNADO:

The damage done along and near Cobbs Ford Road was done by an EF-1 tornado. That would mean wind speeds of 86-110mph. Exact details will be released soon! Other storm surveys are ongoing.

Dollar Generals are a pretty good way of showing where people in the country live

Hell, we had line come through yesterday in North AL/Southern TN. We had a 62mph gust. There were winds over 70 to our West with pretty significant damage. shite got hairy for about 15 minutes. We only lost a couple limbs and everything has an Eastward lean to it for the time being. Surprisingly, no leaks this time.
