The right way? I'm glad you brought that up.
In true capitalism, a labor union wouldn't need the government to interfere on their behalf. If a union is worth what they think they are, then why lobby for the NLRB to protect you?
You're free to get all your lazy friends together and bargain as a group. That's your right. But a company SHOULDN'T be forced to give you the time of day. They shouldn't be forced to recognize you or your band of lazy friends or go along with all these stupid rules.

I am probably more pro labor rights than most on here. I don't have a problem with construction trades due to training and safety type things. Public unions make no sense to me.
