Bay Leaf buffet is not back yet. I have asked Mr Frank many times when he will open it back up and he keeps saying he's not sure. I don't like the sound of that. I think he's doing better without it

Anyone know if Nagoya is walk up buffet yet for lunch? My friend went a few months back and said you get your food off the menu.
Its not great, but decent imo for lunch buffet.
