I just read it. Usually they automatically give you the fish sauce with the vermicelli bowl so you don't need to guess on what to do. Just like if I order spaghetti, I should get some kind of tomato sauce. The restaurant should know that some customers are trying Vietnamese food for the 1st time.

The problem with the peanut sauce is that it's too thick and heavy for vermicell bowl, overpowering it.

I'm plan on cooking something this week involving the fish sauce. It's simple and you can adjust it your taste. It's versatile for egg rolls, spring rolls, fried rice, noodle bowls. You can store it in the fridge so when you need it, you ready.

Pesto baked salmon and roasted broccoli and Cauliflower. Beautiful piece of salmon I bought from Rouses this afternoon. Fatty belly and thick filet.
