I’ve played them all. Impressed by Zeldas on 64, chronotrigger SNES, but what blew my mind and majority of my game playing time for years was Everquest.
High school friend got me into it on a PvP server and we leveled up all the way in this endlessly massive world with thousands of other players absolutely blew my mind. There is reason people still play this game to this day with new content. No other MMORPG could mimic this experience. I Two boxed a Shaman-4K AA’s and Berserker-6500AA’s (#1 ranked pvp killer on Zek).

It's hard to say, some games to this day still manage to amaze me. Born in 85, my father got me into gaming at a very early age. Started on Atari and NES, QBert, Warlords, Mario, Mario 3, Metroid, Contra, Double Dragon are among my earliest gaming memories. A neighbor let me borrow the original Final Fantasy when I was 6 years old, and it really caught my attention (yes, I could read pretty well that young). I didn't realize it but I was heavily into RPG games, with Final Fantasy and games like Faxanadu, Dragon Warrior, Legacy of the Wizard, Zelda, Milon's Secret Castle being among my favorites on the NES.
I think when I got a SNES on Christmas is when my mind was first truly blown. 16 bit graphics and sound was astounding to me. Super Mario World and Ultraman were my first games. Got Final Fantasy 2 shortly after release. Games like Secret of Mana, Chrono Trigger, Super Metroid, Earthbound, Doom, (my first 3Dish experience), Starfox etc all blew my mind at the time. They still do from time to time, I'll replay a few of my favorites every 4 or 5 years for the nostalgia.
Modern games like The Elder Scrolls, the newest Doom, Fallout series, Metroidvania games, Nier Automata etc, the advent of online multiplayer games like Halo, Overwatch, WoW (not exactly modern, but still) all carry that same torch for me.

As a young tot, Zelda on the first gen Nintendo was pretty mind blowing for me. I had a lot of fun back in the day playing that game.
Since I've gotten older....Bioshock. I still think it's the best game ever created.

Late to the party but the first time playing Twisted Metal on PS1 was this moment for me. Game was just so much damn fun playing multiplayer on a single TV.

Believe it or not, I have 2 copies of Earthbound for the SNES. Got one as a birthday gift, and ended up with an extra copy that a friend accidentally left at my house. Several years ago after finding out what a copy of that game goes for, I tried to find the person that left it to return it to him, but to no avail.
I also had the Earthbound Player's Guide that had the scratch n sniff cards inside. However I didn't take good care of it and ended up throwing it away when I was a young teenager (pages ended up torn, etc). If only I had known how valuable some things would turn out to be!

DOOM was so far ahead of its time it was unreal. I remember picking up the DOOM Survival Guide in Books-A-Million just to see what it was all about, opening it up and seeing a screenshot and thinking to myself, "What the frick? A video game looks like THAT???" Mind-blowing back in '94.
Halo blew me away the first time I fired it up.

So many good games mentioned here. Another one was Star Wars star fighter. Attacking a Super Star Destroyer with the Millennium Falcon and tons of fighters was just amazing. Not to mention how cool it was to fly with a joy stick.

Every body has listed amazing games that were mind blowing. I do remember being blown away when my family got the ps2 on day 1 and then madden. I haven't played madden in years but I hope this new NCAA game brings it back to the glory days.

Final Fantasy III for me. The music and effects were off the charts better than anything I had seen to that point.
