Online, preferably. You read alot of different information about who has clean supplements and who doesn't, and is it worth paying extra for it.

I’ve heard great things about Legion products but I’ve never tried them.

Long story short. Sat next to the CEO of a supplement factory on a flight and he told me to get them where they are the cheapest. He said there were only 4 or 5 factories and the ones that are super expensive it is just marketing. Said the standards and oversight is the same. Just make sure you get them in the strength you need.

He said ebay, Walmart, Amazon, doesn't matter. Just thought I'd throw this out there.

I felt like creatine was bloating me. Do y’all find it that beneficial?

I mean, it’s not like taking PEDs. I’ve heard that it can add maybe 1-3 reps to your lifts. Extrapolate that volume out over 5 years. Plus it’s so cheap

It will likely bloat you a little. Especially if you’re a bit higher in body fat already. The extra reps are worth it. Creatine is also great for maintaining muscle during a cut/fat loss phase.

Unfortunately I (sounds like you too) get a lot more extra cellular retention with creatine which is what leads to being bloated. I can cycle off creatine and lose the water weight and get a little more cut in about two weeks.

The added power is a bit noticeable when you cycle on. The loss is very noticeable when you cycle off. That’s what will make you appreciate it ha.

Before buying any supplements, it is necessary to consult a specialist because some supplements may have side effects. When I first started working out at the gym, I went to a nutritionist to make a diet for me. The nutritionist also recommended that I buy supplements to build muscle mass. On recommendation, I bought YK11 from PureRawz, and I have no regrets. They are great supplements that are very effective. The most important thing is that they are made from natural substances.

Anybody else notice that the price of creatine has nearly tripled in the past few months. What was an incredibly cheap supplement, now costs as much as protein.
