I find this to be the most convenient IF for me.

I start my fast Sunday after dinner ~7pm through Monday of the same time (24hr). Then do it again Weds evening through Thurs evening.

I drink 2 cups of black coffee in the morning. Also drink water every hr while fasting and green tea around 1pm.

I'm on week 2 and find this to be pretty easy so far.

Is this a good plan? Any recommendations or changes/additions I should make?

Just curious, are you working out on Monday and Thursday? If so, how do you feel?

Nice job on sticking to it all!

its a fine plan. most important thing is getting enough protein and staying consistent with the caloric deficit

Is this a weight loss technique or is this for other health benefits? I think doing this simply for weight loss is not as ideal as a simple CI/CO combined with strength training, but if it works for you then that's all that matters. The most important thing is having a lifestyle that is sustainable for longer than a few months at a time!

I do the same but with an Isagenix plan..also recently did a keto shred with it. Down 14 lbs for the year. I work out on fasting days. After the shred sticking to low carb/keto and seeing big time results. Also cut out alcohol.

I usually do 18-20 hr fasts daily. Just eat an early dinner. black coffee only the next morning until lunch. It's pretty easy to stick to, but I'll cheat and break fast for breakfast occasionally on the weekend when family wants to do a big breakfast together or something.
