While this team still has potential

We are average at best without a true wing. How about we take all this draft capitol and a couple of players (jj, lonzo, bledso or hart, nicko melli, 2 or 3 1st rounder and go after Paul George or Brandon Beal.. With a few of their players.. That puts us in position to really figure out our true rotations, and add a proven star to compliment.. Ingram, zion, and adams.. We have kiri lewis a nwal.. So why not dump some salary bring in a star and add to our bench.. Svg wants to figure out rotations.. We wont be elite untill we pull the trigger!

You want Bradley Beal’s brother that played tight end on this team?
Interesting

Brilliant.
Why haven't you called Griff and told him to do that yet?

And he would be soo good playing with kiri lewis and nwal! Team would be unstoppable.

Team needs to add another top prospect in the draft and develop our young players. It’s not time to add a Beal or similar player right now. Maybe in zions 4-5th year with some of our future assets. But not now.

Team really needs a point guard when Zion Isn’t in the floor. BI just hasn’t consistently thrived in the roll

Watching that game last night told me I obviously know wat im talking about.. Check the stat lines.. If we had an impact wing we coulda put them away in the 3rd.. All we have is Bi and zion putting up major points day in and day out.. Its to much pressure on those two.. They need a phenomenal wing to ease the workload and to drop major points..

So if we bring in this wing, where does Ingram play?

I mean I don’t think his most recent post is wrong.
This team would be vastly improved if we had Beal, Brogdon, Haliburton, CP3, or basically anyone that could also generate a reliable scoring punch on their own and play within the offense efficiently(I’m hoping Kira can be that player eventually).
I also think we would be a lot more balanced if we had someone like Hunter and Ingram/Hunter could have played similar to how Brown and Tatum do, where you have a ton of size and switching ability to match up against other wings.

I agree that pairing a shooting guard like Beal with Ingram would be great. But, correct me if I'm wrong, isn't Ingram our wing player?

Do you know why they call it the wing?
Have you ever seen a bird with one wing?

He doesn't take Ingram's role, he takes Lonzo's role who's doing an ok but not great job of filling Jrue's role. The problem with the OP is that you can't just make trades happen. You also don't want to blow the war chest on someone who's too old or won't stay long term.
The Pels might need to draft and develop a good 3 and D wing to get what they need. While doing that they might need to take on an Otto Porter, Barnes or even an Oubre, just to see how much that type of player helps.

I've usually heard small forwards called wings.

people were hoping.
now that naw is only a little better, hayes is only a little better, JJ is officially old, Zion cannot stop and pop like your high school teammate, or shoot fts like the average guy on the worst ft shooting teams and lonzo has limited bandwidth, this team is not likely to get 6 seed.
I think 6 seed was a typical expected seed. some said 4/5, many said the last-4-in playoff.
the last-4-in playoff seems about right.
lest we forget, Jrue was the 3rd star the op wants. pels got bledsoe and draft picks.
now we know why Bledsoe is expendable.
does not gaf.
so patience is called for.
someone go teach hayes a variety of shooting skills.
kira is a winner.
next year looks bright.
and maybe get the 8th seed this year.
it's really possible.
fwiw, players who do not care are a cancer. I would trade Bledsoe for a late 2nd and an expiring that I cut.
maybe he is sulking because Milwaukee has a chance to do big things and going to a team fighting for 9 and 10th is a letdown.
whatever. dump him.
