Something does not seem right about this. Like, almost like they are bullying TOYA. We'll see but not overly optimistic.

So both festivals will be hot as hell and possibly dealing with hurricanes. 
I hate this stuff.
Hoping like hell somewhere on the gulf coast allows some kind of live music festivals in some way late this spring.

Well this is right before her Election Day so will be interesting to see how she handles it. She already pissed off the rest of the city that still supported her with the “raiding the library for slush fund” plan that was soundly defeated. She’s been keeping more of a low profile recently.
