App to simulate a game at the range?

Last time I played golf with any regularity, phones did not have apps. I'm back, though, and my swing is better than ever.
I have free access to a driving range for the next six months, and I plan on using it. What I'm looking for is an app to simulate courses I can "play" while at the range, e.g. drive on hole 1 goes about 230, 15 yards right of fairway center, 210 to front of green, 218 to pin. 2D/3D interchangeability would be ideal, but plain 2D would be enough. Hell, if one of the golf video games allows you to place your shots, that'd work fine for me.
I hope I explained this well enough, thanks in advance.

I do the same after running through a normal practice session but havent used a phone.
Just make up whether par 3,4, or 5 and yardage. After, just pick an aiming point within recognizable distance and go through each shot changing clubs depending on subtracted distance.
Interesting thought on using an app or phone so look forward to other replies.
