And they really not that good. Only way I eat them is in a tamale melt.

Delta/cajun style? (Ground meat in paper)
Tex mex style - (shredded meat in corn husk)
Mexican - (meat or veg in corn similar to tex mex but more masa and filling)
Central American (full of weird stuff like capers and olives with meat and wrapped in a banana leaf)
