You have to take what's on the label and divide by 2 since half of it comes out of your butt whole kernel.

Not much but it’s better than eating junk food

None imo. You can argue the country got fatter when we had too much corn, and companies started using it for everything...corn syrup, animal feed, etc.

So the Indians screwed the white people...just took a couple centuries for their evil plan to work. Fatten them up and create tons of health issues....

Don’t forget shite like Ethanol. The corn lobby is a blight on this country.

I'd piggyback on this question by asking if you eat 100 calories of corn, are you really eating 100 calories since most of it shows up whole when it comes out?

Corn has caloric value and vitamin and mineral value. There's nothing wrong with it really.
An ear of corn is less than 100 calories IIRC. As a source of fiber, vitamins/minerals and filler calories it's perfectly fine as a staple food.

This right here.
I don't recommend looking at it as a vegetable on your dish. It's not a great one as compared to other veggies. But if used as a carbohydrate source it's fibrous, voluminous, delicious, and nutritious.

No. It's basically sugar water. I wouldn't worry about eliminating it completely from your diet, but there are hundreds of healthier alternatives.

1 cup of corn is 150 calories. Carbs= 31g, fat= 1.5g, and protein= 4.5g.
