I agree. And with Kwon learning the system better and Rankins getting back acclimated, this defense can be tops in the NFL.

we don’t want to play in a blizzard

While its not preferred, this really shouldnt worry the fanbase. Our offense is much better suited for the outdoor elements than it used to be. Short quick passing game, screens, crossing routes, and running the ball.

Yes health is key. But the #1 seed is the only team with a bye. Which in turn helps to get even more healthy.

Yup- don’t want a catastrophic injury but a bye week and playing in the dome is mighty appealing still. Warm, dry comfortable and well rested goes a long way.

Agreed, I think a weather situation that necessitates a run heavy game on both sides will favor the Saints. Someone like Rodgers is scarier in the dome than in a blizzard.

You seem to be the only one that is bothered by this. Fix yourself

Glad to hear that it is not likely to be serious.

What I'd like to ask is this: Why do players so often get hurt (or fumble) at the end of great plays when trying to get one extra yard? Janoris made a great play and gave his team a fantastic opportunity. Why not get what yards he can and then go down and protect himself and the team? Serious question. The pure instinct to gain every yard must take over.

I know this may get downvoted, but I am not criticizing Jenkins - just asking a question about what I see happening pretty frequently.

We actually have depth at all positions. Crazy to say as a old Saints fan.

I saw an analyst earlier in the season y’all about how the saints are their usual formidable self and is always tough for the other team no matter what. I thought to myself man it’s still weird someone saying that about the Saints even though they have been for 14 years now really!
