Vines, briars, and willows up to 25ft in height.

Hire out a skid steer with a mulching head or mower attachment. Usually $150- 185 hr.

Im in east central Georgia. I'm cleaning up some planted pines with scrub in them now and the guy is charging me the same, $150 hr. Cleaned up around a pond with a track hoe mulcher and it was around $185 hr.

A company in New Orleans called Y'herd Me. We used them at Brechtel Park on the Westbank to clear out tons of cats claw. It worked until a neighborhood teen stole one and ritually beheaded it. True story.
