So Prowse was in the suit but wasn’t the guy whose face we see at the end of ROTJ or as the force ghost, right? That was Sebastian Shaw.

Correct. Just read an article on how hard it is to find the movies that don’t have lucas’s edits and extra cgi including Shaw still as anakins ghost at the bonfire/party. frick you george Lucas.

My bad, I cannot keep up with Lucas and the many Anakins.

While true when he was young & filming, somebody made a recent documentary about Prowse and gave him the chance to record/dub in his voice as Darth. It was pretty close to James Earl Jones & would have worked:
