Eh, I don’t have a clue the science behind it and this is anecdotal only, but the few girls I know who are heavy lifters have kinda flat peck-ish boobs. Now maybe they always had those, but it also seems like it could be from the lifting.
Again, total bro science, but that’s my experience.

Lifting weights don’t cause flat tits. You can’t mash tits. They either have them or they don’t.

For a pretty educated board I'm surprised by some of the questions and responses here. As you stated there is no correlation at all between lifting weights and size of a women's boobs.
Overall bodyfat %, yes, but not lifting weights.

A woman's tits are made up of fatty tissue, not muscle mass. The muscle mass is underlying and that can be developed.
You can't turn fatty tissue into muscle.
