Not necessarily "today", but just ordered a new magnetron for my built in microwave. Was going to buy a new one today since my MW quick heating, but hate having to buy a new microwave and a new trim kit and install it. Especially since the trim kit by itself costs just as much if not more than the microwave ....Found the replacement magnetron for $50 so gonna give that a try first.

That’s what I need to do before it gets to cold. Next weekend I’m planning on putting up Christmas lights so maybe the weekend after that.

I need to do so much. Probably going to paint some crown molding I’ve been putting off.

We are painting the inside of the house. Also, raking leaves, wish they all would drop already.

One of my neighbors rented a big man lift to replace and paint soffit and fascia on his home. Today it wasn’t being used so I used to repair on my second floor porch and then I used the lift to cut limbs that are overhanging our entire road in the neighborhood. The trees are in the swamp and learn over, there are lots of branches from cypress and willow trees that got cut.

Showed up late, but my weekend project was doing everything I can not to reset the fence posts from Zeta. Not trying to find shortcuts, just don't feel like dealing with that shite right now.

I realized late Sunday I should have gone around and cleaned my gutters so I can hang my lights next weekend, but decided to play with the kids all day instead. One more thing to do next weekend w rain in the forecast all weekend

I also took on some caulking - a tub that needed it badly. Made such a difference.

I did ok. It doesn't look as thick as it was before but it seems to be doing the job. I'll keep an eye on it. That was my first go at it.

Built a stone circular fire pit. And completed likely last mow of 2020.

Spent the last 6 weekends getting a rental ready for sale.

All worked out. It's a few weeks from officially sold.

Taking a couple weekends off before I tackle my garage and bonus room. I've got fishing gear everywhere.

I rehandled an axe that was my great grandfather’s. Got some sandpaper, a fresh bastard file, boiled linseed oil, and gave this thing a new commission after a few years of doing nothing. I used an old leather boot brush bag to make a sheath for it. It’s no GRANSFORS BRUK, but I’m all in to this for about >$30.

Happy Thanksgiving baws
