The nfl started the season with their sjw crap and had bad ratings other than a couple of games. They essentially abandoned the sjw crap and people started watching again.

Their rating haven't gotten better. They consistently underperform last year.

I'm so glad I now know the tv ratings for this past weekend games. I couldnt sleep I was so excited to find out.

That's crap, there doing the same shite still. That's not why the games are getting better ratings. Its because there not competing with other sports and people are tired of politics .plus,the games are meaning more now.

They aren't doing the same stuff. Monday night with the all black crew was the first time I've seen them mention anything since week 3. Sure they have a little message in the endzone, but other than that or a player wearing a shirt in pregame it's been basically nonexistent.

I meant there doing the same shite ,as in not a lot. All they ever did was have names on the bottom two inches of the helmet.
That's my point ,they never went so ,all in, on sjw or BLM stuff to begin with,so they never slacked off. If they went all in on political stuff in the first place and then quit doing it ,I would agree.
The ratings boost had nothing to do with BLM stuff because there wasnt much to begin with and there isnt much now. Not enough of a change to explain the ratings boom

They were definitely doing more at the start of the season. I have them a watch then turned it off because I had seen enough. It wasn't nba levels, but bad enough. I figured I'd give it a couple of weeks then give them another shot. Which is what I did and now I'm watching, though I'm not glued to the TV like I used to be.

thats all it was at the start of the season it's just not "new" now. What changed is the news cycle, the protests more or less ended and other news, primarily the election became the dominant story.
