If true, This would certainly allow Jameis to play selectively and efficiently with a subset of plays he’s comfortable with.

It may be an intangibles thing. Maybe he plays the position better than Winston.
Maybe he doesn’t.
But I guarantee that in terms of who has the confidence of the team, it’s Hill all of the way. With the game on the line, all other things being equal or close to it, I want the ball in the hands of a gamer.
