Four Seasons New Orleans?

Has anyone here heard of any updates on when Four Seasons is scheduled to open. All I can see is a projected time of December 2020. I don't think that holds true anymore.

March 2021. Looks like I will get a hard hat tour in December. I can post photos if there is interest.

I remember seeing the project’s initial business plan relied heavily on EB-5 which created a massive funding issue. I’m surprised they got it off the ground. I bet a lot of One River Place condos go up for sale.

May is the official “target” date for some trades to be completed but I personally do not see that happening. Realistically I’m thinking July...

I’m pretty close to the situation and my July prediction is just a guess. I know the GC is still pushing hard for May but I just can’t see that.
MAYBE some of the upper condos are complete to satisfy buyers (current rumor). That’s as best case as I can see personally
