Yes, when I worked in Wyoming you would see them on the roadside quite a bit.
In the Powder River Basin, near Buffalo, Wyoming there were several large roosts with lots of Bald and Golden eagles. The Golden eagles were absolutely massive in size and wing spread!

I saw one last week north of Natchez eating roadkill on the side of the highway. I took that as symbolism of Trump devouring Biden’s rotten carcass
