Which Caribbean island is best for you

Decent reference point for those trying to decide on a Caribbean Island. I can only speak on Aruba and DR and would say it is fairly accurate from my experience

I can speak for Anguilla and the description is pretty spot on. I would add that Anguilla has great restaurants. It is very safe. Finally, almost no cruise ship docks there. So no cruise ship tourist to deal with.

Turks and Caicos has been at the top of the list for me. Any experiences?

TCI (Providenciales) is fantastic. Incredible beaches, beautiful water, great restaurants and a ton of resorts and houses to choose from.

Interesting the islands that they left off. The ones that I missed were the Beliezean cayes, Honduran Bay Islands, Corn Islands (Nicaragua), San Blas islands (Panama), San Andres and Providencia (Colombian).

For the most part, these are the places in the Caribbean that I really want to visit (I've only been to Utila).

Harbour Island, Bahamas is hands down my favorite by far. No airports, very few cars. Mostly golf carts. Fly into North Eleuthra and take a boat over.

The St Kitts one is obviously more about Nevis than St Kitts. Only one real hotel on St. Kitts. Love the island. It's still very raw.

Great people on St. Kitts. We rented a villa on the south side with a view of Nevis. As you indicated Nevis is more developed. However, St. Kitts has outstanding hiking incuding a hike up to the volcano and there's a cool British fort as well on St. Kitts.

Plus if you want to get crazy, plenty of local spots serving bushmeat... We always stay closer to the Marriott and walking distance to the strip. Shipwreck is the GOAT beach bar though IMO

I spent a good amount of time at Reggae Beach Bar. Their Friday night lobster meal was legit as was Sprat Net on Wednesday nights. St. Kitts was a fantatic island to spend time on despite the lack of nice beaches although nearby Nevis has plenty of those.

Not my favorite island but different strokes for different folks. My preference would be to fly to St. Maarten and then hightail it to St. Barths or Anguilla.
