Been gone for a very long time. Then throw in establishment Republicans letting Big Tech get away with what they are doing. Josh Hawley is about the only Republican in the fight. I encourage everybody to write their US Senator / Rep and tell them that we are sick of the bs... and their donors keeping them fr0m taking action.

The better phrase is "A free and honest press"
You could argue that they are free (though they seems to largely be in lockstep with proscribed Dem talking points), but they are certainly not honest.

This is an underrated point. When Obama said he was going to fundamentally change the US, it wasn't necessarily through laws. But rather, through the bureaucracy.
The media's been under the liberal thumb for a while, but he certainly strengthened that position as well.

Any free and independent journalists are being censored and removed from the major sources of information dissemination. See all the bans issued on those not controlled by the power brokers in just the last few days. See all those banned through selective application of vague rules and downright lies about violations.
