You should go to Columbus Ms, Montgomery, Birmingham, Houston, Tallahassee, Jacksonville, knoxville, Mobile, Atlanta and hundreds of other southern cities.
Nola has issues but it's unique.
Few cities in the country can say such.
Good music and good food goes a long way.
Perhaps Portland is more your cup of tea.

You REALLY need to do some traveling. When someone wonders why a billionaire chooses to live in NOLA, he wasn’t thinking about one single other of these cities on your list, lol.
