I purchase something very similar at farm supply store about 25 miles from Houston. 2 1/2 gallons for $68. Makes 5 or 6 barrels of spray. Deadly on grass but the larger the leaf the tougher it is to kill them. Poison Ivy and other types of ivy it knocks out rapidly. Mistakenly hit our Oleanders a few times on low branches and it didn't touch them. I don't even worry about hitting the oleanders anymore.

Yes, I spray 3-4 oz/gallon roundup then add 1oz/gallon of 2-4D, works great on plots and smokes privet hedges!

I just finished this project for you. All the other stuff does not kill this or that. Prosecutor, ($95.00) for 2.5 a gallon would kill everything but grass. My pastures look amazing. I tried so many chemicals it will make your head spin.

2-4 D. If you have farmers around you right now and you spray it you are liable for damage to their crops. Especially cotton. You will be held financially responsible. And 2-4D has a drift of 4 miles. Don’t use that right now.


This is what you need to do.
1. Go in and mow as low as you can what ever you want to spray.
2. Let the clippings die or if you have a rake attachment for tractor get all the clippings off.
3. Mix your glyphosphate at 3.0 oz / gallon of water! You will kill some shite with that
4. Get a good surfactant, so it sticks. Worth the money. Especially is you spray in the morning and then about 6:00Pm when you leave and it starts raining.
5. Get that nozzel down onto the ground. Even if it shrinks your width of spray and you have to make extra passes . Have good contact with what ever you are spraying.
6. WITH GLOVES ON. Like gloves up to your elbow. Put in a dye so you can make a pass or two and then stop and walk and look for how much surface contact you are really making. Not mist but real spray drops hitting the ground. Be carful with the dye. That shite is everywhere in my truck. USE GLOVES.

I am telling you glyphosphate at 3.0 oz per gallon with the boom down low And surfactant is good. You will kill some shite. The key is surface contact!! Check the dye you want droplets not mist bullshite.

Remember. You can always fill the sprayer with water and dye and practice in your yard to see how your sprayer works and then Add the glyphosphate at the camp. You know use the water and dye to get an idea as to spray pattern. Then add the juice at camp. Just something to practice.

works great for me. Go through about 40-45 gallons of concentrate a year.

If it is not just grasses I will add Crossbow. The combination of Gly and 24d will kill just about anything.

Wash out your sprayer really well, gly is very corrosive.
