Canada had so much potential here and if he didn’t clash with the other coaches I think he could’ve got his offense going

His style of offense is better suited for NFL offenses. We needed the spread bad. That’s what CFB is all about now.

Not even close, I got one word. Curley

And that's just the head coach.

We've had co-coordinators and a *ahem* "defensive" coordinator or two that were much, much worse than Canada.

Seems like, from a knowledge standpoint, probably a good to maybe great coach. Just a poor fit with many folks because of his personality. There are only so many slots for assholes like that and Saban holds most of them.

He was brought in to improve the passing game and he did that. Transitional period and limited offensive talent but still managed to take a QB position that was churning out passer ratings of 116 to 130 and coached Danny Etling to the 4th highest passer rating for a single season in LSU history, trailing only Burrow, J-Russ and Mett’s best years. Forced teams to defend the entire field and had the second most 40+ yard completions in a season behind 2019 without ever being allowed the freedom to open it up. The Rant will always hate on him because of the personal issues between he and O but he did a much better job than he’ll ever get credit for here.

Anyone still wear the air canada tshirts

Still have mine. I wear it when doing shitty jobs around the house. Gets used as a rag, too.
