He has experience playing with Emmanuel Sanders. Would fit in quickly as a #2.

Claims to be past his achilles and hamstring issues

Said he is motivated to get 237 yards this year and retire with 10k yard career

He signed a minimum $1m contract with Patriots in 2019 that was back ended with performance incentives to prove it. Then he got hurt.

I wouldn't mind bringing him in to kick the tires to see if he is healthy and can play. We would only need him for a few games, then he would be depth.

Seems like a low risk veteran option at WR who would be a plug and play fix to the MT injury.

Rather have a guy already with the team who has had more reps/chemistry with our QBs than a random worn down vet. Just saying...

I’ve watched football pretty much my whole life and I’ve NEVER heard this used as criteria for going after a particular receiver

What does the fact that he’s played with Sanders have to do with him being a good fit for this offense??

I honestly think Taysom hill would be a better number 2 WR at this point than Demaryius. Expand Harris role as well.

This is a great chance for one of these guys the team has been bringing along for 2-4 years to finally step up. I'd much prefer to find out of these guys are legit than to bring in some dude with no history in the system for a four game stretch. We'll be fine

Only time I have seen it make sense is if a player has character issues, and you have people currently on the roster that can vouch for the player. That is not the case with DT, that I am aware of.

Or maybe if he’s played with the QB before

Otherwise, you’re basically saying ‘let’s bring him in because he might be friends with sanders’

Pretty dummm IMO
