Depends on what you are selling, transactional vs strategic.
The Challenger Sale or Challenger Customer would be my pick.
Of the one's you have listed below I've read several of them. They were ok if you are just looking for motivation type stuff. Otherwise I don't recall anything tactically useful from any of them.
