I went into it thinking it might not be for me, but in the end I believe the subject matter was handled pretty fairly.

Can't believe Hollywood allowed Weinstein's charade to go on for years.

Surprised about the true severity of the Matt Lauer allegations.

I listened to the audiobook. It was very well done.


And yes, the Lauer accusations were the most shocking in there. He sounds like a real piece of shite.

Agreed.

I listened to the audiobook too for most of it.

His voices cracked me up.

He was actually pretty good about backing up heresay - he dismissed some (not all) of the allegations about Trump due to lack of evidence.

I’m about 120 pages in - this book is fantastic. You really don’t even get a full glimpse of Weinstein‘s power from the news in the time after he was exposed. The layers of protection he had was insane.
