Honestly Trask is average. I do not see him as a standout. Mullen play-calling gives him some opportunity for success, but we should handle him.

I hope so! My hubs (UF grad) is waaaay too smug now that Burrow is gone. He's convinced that Brennan won't be able to lead our offense. Let's geaux!

I’m usually as nervous about the Florida game each year as I am about the bama game. They are often a mirror image of LSU in terms of athleticism.

They converted several third and long situations with screen passes

I fully agree that living in central Florida is hostile territory unless LSU wins that game. I have to add in that my Son is an electrical engineering student at UF. I never hear the end of it when they win.

The timing of that game always plays a key role. If it’s a day game, UF always seems to win. If it’s a night game, LSU wins.

I’m sure the sweltering heat and sun plays a big role in that.

Don’t let him bother you. LSU won the championship and our rivals are going to hate that. Just work the word Champion into every response to him and he’ll hate it. Promise. You know, like, (he says - good luck with that scrub miles), you say, “I know! I feel bad for him. To have to follow literally the best QB in college History after such an incredible Championship run...it’s got to be stressful being handed the keys to that kind of success.” My wife’s a Longhorn and while we aren’t rivals, trust me, that kind of humble brag response kills them. It’s fun. It’s prick. But it’s fun. If they’re going to talk shite, remind them that they are talking about a Champion.

Didn’t Florida lose their running back also? Their talented TE is back
