Is this where a bunch of people, and a sports message board, say they don’t care that there’s no sports?

It hasn’t bothered me, but we haven’t lost anything good yet.

There’s a huge difference between not caring and being depressed.

I’m surprised so many people don’t seem to care. This board, and the others, are full of passion during this time of year. The bickering during NBA playoffs, hype for CFB, and the shaming of Astros fans would be awesome this year.

Now all of a sudden people don’t seem to care as much.

For me, sports are a constant, it’s a way of life. Nothing beats a Saturday Night in TS or going to a Game 7 in the playoffs.

I miss the NBA but it hasn't caused depression. Not going into the office and being isolated across the country from my family on the other hand...

Honestly it sucks but I never really got too upset over it. In about a month to two months, it’s probably going to apex for me when in June, July, or August, you can’t flip the TV on TBS on a Sunday afternoon and catch a baseball game. Or ESPN on a Sunday night and catch a baseball game. Those summer months drag by, and watching a little baseball made it passable

I realize some are starting up. It’ll be nice when NBA and NHL get going, as I am not big into NASCAR.

I am losing faith in MLB. Even more, I am wondering when the next time is that I will be sitting in a stadium.

I want to believe I can go to Tiger Stadium and elsewhere during the CFB season, but there’s no realistic reason to think that happens. There won’t be a vaccine yet. Until that happens, I imagine every high up sports official will cave to the cautionary side, regardless of how extreme it is.

It sucks. Taking trips to games gets me through the year, work, etc. Thay carrot is gone now.

Yes missed the MLB. The NBA hell to the no.

Didn’t miss basketball too much, though I was curious to see LSU in the NCAA Tournament and if the Pels were gonna somehow make that 8 seed, but not having college baseball was a real drag.

They’re autists taking the “depression” part literally

Not having March Madness sucked, and like someone else said, we'd be getting into playoff hockey and close to (I think) regionals right about now.

But honestly, I've caught up on a lot backlogged shows, movies and video games that I wouldn't have had time to get to so there's a plus side to it all. Will have to find some way to use my vacation days though

Bro, in this very thread, we’ve had guys say sports get them through their day, and that it’s a way of life. I know guys who can only talk sports. That’s it. Frankly, it’s kind of sad.
