Has anyone seen a copy of the proposed state budget for this coming year? And if so where can I read it at.

Racing is part of a $2 billion dollar equine industry for the state. Sounds like a small investment for a decent return.

What we got, 4 tracks all located are gaming establishments? So, I would assume we aren’t spending that money on the gambling part since these are all at gaming institutions that would fall under gaming regulators. What are they regulating, performance enhancing drugs for the horses?

It used to be HB1 was the budget. I guess its more random now..
