Cell signal sucks since installing att gigaBit

So since we installed the att gigaBit with their WiFi, my wife's iPhone suddenly has very crappy call quality, to the point it has almost become unusable. It's an iPhone 11.
Is this just a coincidence or is it really interference? Should I get a cell signal booster?

Try turning on or off wifi calling?
