can anyone shed any Light on if things have gotten to the point that you can use the latest generation iPad Pro instead of the Surface Pro?

Edited to be helpful: don't get your hopes up. One is running full fledge os, the other is running a toy OS.

Apple did finally release mouse support on the iPad Pro this month after people had been asking for it for 5 years. If you guys ask hard enough you might be able to do things like Citrix in 10 more

All I know is that Citrix is great for most applications that does NOT stream video.

That’s not true either. Bandwidth and or the lack of graphics processing on the server is your problem. We support about 200 xendesktops and streaming is fine except when the user has bandwidth issues at home. Your office may also be throttling streaming services. We do not outright block them but we do choke them down to where they are almost unusable (non work related ones). Makes it easier for us to say we do not have the bandwidth vs we block that stuff. Users seem to handle the bandwidth excuse better.

I use citrix with two monitors all the time, usually xendesktop but I'm almost certain it works with rdp as an app too. If I recall if it either starts on only one monitor or you've dropped to a window etc, if you either move the window halfway between screens or stretch it across before hitting full-screen it should go across all. It'll work across 3 screens too.

I do think I've seen that if you have two different resolutions it does funky stuff so avoid that if you can.
