Browns signed him to a 1yr, $2.5M deal. We could've easily beat that. He's a better (albeit less durable) version of Vonn Bell.

Name the top five strong safetys and get back to me and we’ll talk about a 25 yo Vonn.
Go look at what the top 5 strong safeties did not free safety. The rest of the NFL isn’t much better he’s a top 5 capable SS.

It is hard to pinpoint specifically strong safety because good safeties can play all over the field but I can say right now that the following are better than bell in no particular order:
Jamal Adams
Derwin James
Tyrann Matthieu
Eddie Jackson
Landon Collins
Malcolm Jenkins
Keanu Neal
Micah Hyde
Kareem Jackson
Harrison Smith (Plays all over the field - Strong and Free. Looked it up)
Eric Berry (Sat out last year but every time he touches the field he is one of the best safeties in the league)
This is from like 6 mins of research. I’m sure there is more and if you include free safeties then Bell probably isn’t even top 20.

Sorry replace Eddie Jackson with Adrian Amos. Eddie was the free safety so Amos was the strong safety when he played for the bears.

I do know one thing....Karl Joseph used to crucify dudes when he was at West Virginia. His highlight tape is great. Don't know about him in the NFL tho.
