Fair price for patio work

I'm in the process of building a house, and I got a quote from the builder on additional concrete work in the backyard. Concrete will already be under the deck, so anything in red in the image will be extra. I was quoted roughly $2,000. I'm just wondering if this is a fair price.

Is the house slab and other concrete poured already and complete and you’re just tacking this on?
I come up with about 205sf which is about $9.75/sf. That’s really high BUT you have to remember they’re having to pour just this so not that far fetched.
2.5cy so you probably order 3 at $110/cy plus a short load fee of say $100. So you’re at $430 there.
Probably forming material is $100.
How will they get the concrete back there? Can they back a truck up? If not, Georgia buggy plus fuel probably $200. So we’re at $730 before labor.
So you’re at $1270 for labor. What’s a contractor charge rate for labor? If he pays his guys $10-$15 he has taxes and that fun stiff so he’s probably into it for $20/hr.
3 8h days for 2 guys is 48h x $20 = $960
So he makes $300.
Again, not that crazy.

If your flat work isn’t don’t yet, $2000 is way too high. Labor for flat work shouldn’t be more than $1.50-$2/sf.

So is everything already formed up and you're now trying to add on after everything was prepped for a certain size? If yes, 2000 is quite reasonable for the change order.

Fair enough then, I'd counter with 1500 then... you'll probably end up meeting in the middle. Forming a circle is a pain in the arse, but still less than 2k worth of hassle.
You definitely don't want to do the small addons after the fact though. The sidewalk to circle maybe, but the 1 or 2 foot extension sections would have to be drilled and rebar added to keep them from separating/sinking.

Even if everything is formed up, that’s expensive.
