Anyone use an online nutritionist/coach to put an eating/workout routine together? I'm burned out on P90X and really need some help.

I don’t use one but a childhood friend of mine is a big time and well know nutrition coach.
He handles pro athletes, CrossFit games competitors, UFC fighters and more
His company takes on clients and also trains people in the field

The way he talks in the videos and dropping f bombs is legit how he is
He would get in trouble for cussing during our travel soccer games as kids.
I haven’t talked to him in over a year dude is always busy

In3 is good. Apex is good, Layne norton is really good, precision nutrition is good, Martin berkham is good.
But with so much information out there why are you going this path?
Maybe we can help without you having to spend money.
What are your current stats and goals? Do you plan to lift and do cardio to what?
