How does he get out of testifying if subpoenaed? Is he going to claim Executive Privilege.

So is it or isn't it a "political process"? If they could go even just 2 consecutive days with the same position, that would be super. Just 2 days, is that too much ask??
Or if they could perhaps put together a website that notifies the public what position they're taking from day to day, that would be helpful.
