I have always admired Marcus Allen. He and Herschel are two of my all time favorites.

That guy wants nothing to do with coaching, analyst or working. He has a shite load of money. Lives a great life. And just enjoys being Marcus Allen.

Fair question , not claiming he would be a great coach BUT his presence around LSU football brings a ton of star power to recruiting.
We have great players in the league today but Allen is an all timer.

He doesn't have to coach or analyze anything. If he just wants to hang out on the sideline, cool. But I imagine if he's around these players long enough, he's going to be giving tips and pointers and things that will be valuable to them.
