December 14-21 - Any must do excursions? Any must do (restaurants, shopping spots) in any of islands?

When I stop on St Thomas, I book an excursion over to St John.

I would skip shopping or "excursions". Get off the boat, find a cab or rent a car and go hang out on the beach all day.
