That statement shows not only your lack of understanding of the strength of blacks when they vote en masse but it also shows your lack of knowledge on why Trump won.

Allow me to Bard-splain...

Blacks tend to vote primarily Democrat. With their movement deeper into Far Left land, the Democratic Party has seen lots of its support wane (fund-raising problems, people not coming out to vote, people going Indy or even GOP, etc). This means they need the black vote more than ever before, especially if a candidate can appeal to them enough to get them to come out in force (see: Barak Obama). If a GOP candidate can swing just 10% of the black vote reliably, it becomes nearly impossible for Democrats to win the Presidency. As population shifts show the white majority shrinking while black and hispanic populations are on the rise, blacks and hispanics become more and more attractive to the parties.

Not only that but to pull the black vote from the Democratic Party would demoralize them. That alone might be worth the effort.

Trump didn't win despite the black vote, Trump won because he had a good strategy while Hillary was a shitty candidate. Trump campaigned to win the Electoral College and he campaigned HARD. Hillary campaigned to win the popular vote and she half-assed that. Hillary had no appeal to blacks even though she "don't feel noways tahred" while Trump was able to attract more black votes than Romney did in 2012.
