The rest is a massive political stunt was one goal in mind: damage the president politically in 2020 election cycle. Based upon "I felt" and "I heard" and a con man, Go Fund Me accuser who won't answer to his role.

Am I the only one that has no problem even if what they falsely claim happened to be true and was carried out?

“They” being Trump? Or they being the Ukraine prosecutors office?

It was just attempted treason, not actual treason. The political version of manslaughter...

For the record, I don't think he should be impeached, but to say nothing is there is a stretch.

So, Hunter skims millions in Taxpayer money, Ukraine tries to investigate/stop it...and Blackmail by Joe - on International live TV - to withhold other, critical Taxpayer money...allows Hunter to walk with the money.

And Trump should ignore the above, as custodian of our Taxpayer money?

The Deep State has BECOME the Law. As such, they will NOT prosecute themselves. They will do what any (corrupt) Attorney does...stall, obstruct, create confusion re the 'facts'...and run out the clock. Allowing guilt and corruption to retain power.

The issue remaining is whether Barr/Durham enforces honest Rule of Law/Equal Justice and shuts down the corruption...or not. If not, then Rule of Law/Equal Justice is dead. And the Deep State/Ruling Class become all powerful. To what end...only God knows.

From the US constitution:

quote:

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

How is anything we've seen so far from Trump been consistent with treason?

No idea what you are referring to. Rob a store? I do enthusiastically endorse the President of the USA being faithful to his sworn oath of upholding the law and insisting on investigating what 100% appears to be a massive swindle of tax payer dollars by prominent politicians. I understand that Trump is not following the old precedent of jumping into the game by grabbing a prime cut of the "aid" packages. And that frightens the pigs @ the trough.

And I also have zero problem if stopping the theft of tax payer's money or even attempting to go against the fat hogs makes him more popular with those tax payers and makes some more likely to vote for him. That indeed is why the government pigs don't want outsiders in the game who have their own money. Have you ever stopped to wonder why a person would spend millions of his or her own money attempting to gain an office that pays $150K a year a congress people do? They serve a couple of terms and get enormously wealthy.

Oh there is something there. Biden was handling aid to the Ukraine. His son got on a politically connected board he was totally unqualified for because of his dad's control of the purse and made millions. And there are more rumors of other big shots sons on that board. Maybe that company's leaders just wanted to get those kids of American politicians autographs.

In any event any president who ignores that stinking pile is #1: likely a continuing part of the game or #2: willfully ignoring his constitutional duty to uphold the law. If that makes him more popular with the tax payers getting ripped off then WONDERFUL and WELL PLAYED! Do your duty and get re-elected. That's the name of the political game at it's very essence and in a good way.
