Outgoing state Senator Wesley Bishop has been charged in a federal bill of information with making false statements to federal housing officials by claiming "phantom" rental tenants. BOI almost always means cooperation and guilty plea. LINK

I think Cleo got off in part because they “accidentally” forgot to tape him dumpster diving and, besides that, they were more concerned with nabbing EWE.

He knew he was going to be indicted. He represented the "East" in NOLA. Sad thing is, he replaced a crook too.
