Why do LSU fans think Tua isn't playing? He's practiced all week

I would like to know this, as well. It seems like people don't want to believe anything they hear about him playing.

He likely will, but let's not confuse practice with game. 350 LB linemen don't fall on you in practice, and you don't have to cut hard either.

He's not a RB, he doesn't need to cut. I've pointed out several times that Tua is not really a running QB. People assume he is, because he's a smaller guy and we've seen him run a time or two. But when you look at his stats you can clearly see that he'd rather stay in the pocket. He just rarely ever runs.

So that means if he's healthy enough to stand in there and throw slants all day, which is what he usually does, then he's fine. LSU needs to get after him and make any immobility he might have an issue. If they plan on being passive as they've been much of the year, we shouldn't expect good results. I'm thinking we'll be pretty aggressive, though.

18 rushing attempts for 30 yards on the season, if you take out their NMSU game he would be at -3 on the season.

Aranda will crap his pants like he always does. If he plays that rush 3 and drop 8 BS, they'll bust the clock.

Well we’re 8-0

A qb who works in and around the pocket like he does needs to cut you fool. That's what makes him so effective. Do not confuse that with being a running qb.

What you gonna do?? Just asking.

You really think it's that simple, don't you? Bless your heart

Fool? Listen, jerk, moving around in the pocket is not "cutting". Do you know what cutting is? It's a very deliberate, hard turn in one direction or the other. Something that happens when running the ball. The movements a QB makes in the pocket are rarely going to include any cutting.

Tua almost never faces any pressure, so what makes you think he is effective in moving in the pocket? Are you just making things up as you go to prove to the forum that you are ignorant?
