Back counting recruits

We signed 24 last year. From my understanding of the rule we can count one of our early enrollees towards last years class right?

This Signing/Counter Limits post (link is in the stickied recruiting thread's 1st post) has those NCAA Bylaws sections along with pretty good explanation and the link you posted too.

Those bylaws sections in that post are a very small portion of the total bylaws PDF. It's huge.
