The guy ask "is that a riflescope?"

I would have told him it was none of his fricking business.

Well...a scope CAN be used as a dildo if you’re brave enough.
Dr.s make a fortune sticking those scope things into people...in various ways too.

The UPS store owner is a virtue-signalling jackass, and I wouldn't give him any further business.

A scope isn't even truly firearms-related, it's a piece of optical equipment. You can just use it as a tiny telescope, as someone else stated. Does this clown also have a policy against shipping Bushnell binoculars, or microscopes? Or telephoto lenses?

That store sucks. They're all assholes, especially the old guys. I live right by there, but I refuse to give them a penny more of my money. Now I drive to the one by Vets & Power in the Casa Garcia strip mall. I've had much better luck over there. Plus they're open 30 minutes later.

UPS is dropping off a rifle at my FFL guys house tomorrow. They might not ship the scopes, but they most definitely ship the rifles.

I went to a local UPS store about 10 years ago to ship a defective Glock magazine back for an exchange. They asked me what it was, and I said a magazine for a pistol.

You would have thought I said it was a pipe bomb the way the guy reacted. I told him the pen in his hand was more dangerous than an empty magazine. But he said they would not ship any part of a gun.

Read on Glocktalk that this was fairly common. Returned later and told a different clerk it was "machine parts" and shipped it merrily on its way.

Too easy. Put the box in a bigger box and ship it.

Its not UPS. Its just the UPS store, which is a franchise and an individual owns it.

This is nothing new.

Just go to a UPS hub.

Pussification of America. Cucks think the scope lens may morph into a bullet and shoot itself.

Lol my shop makes parts for Remington and the Bill of Lading clearly says firearms parts. UPS picks em up from us 5 days a week. The guy is certainly lying to you.
