How the hell does Trump handle his twitter?

He has retweeted a couple dozen tweets in the past 5 mins. How does he organize them to quickly retweet? I would love some whitehouse pics of his twitter machine.

He definitely has help. I believe he has someone who has been with him for a long time and his thoughts are Trump thoughts.

Dan Scavino manages everything.
