"The sensors turn the data into an electrical signal and transmit it wirelessly to a mobile app for monitoring. Dehydration, which occurs when you have electrolyte imbalances from losing too much water from the body, can lead to nausea, lethargy and fluid retention, conditions that could be dangerous for fighter pilots as well as first responders and elite athletes. By monitoring the real-time measurements, for example, fire chiefs can better decide when to swap in another firefighter and prevent injury."

Or they could listen to team doctors and take IVs at halftime to prevent cramping. It was so hot their sweat was evaporating and they didn’t think they needed IVs even tho Team Drs said to. A coach should have said “shut up and do it!”

Brawndo. It's got what athletes crave.

That MyHy stuff is legit!! while I am in no way an athlete any longer but as a current cancer patient taking chemotherapy, I have to really watch my hydration. Chemo will dehydrate you quickly so I have been instructed to dring 2 liters of water per day + 1 quart of powerade or gatorade. Someone brought a bunch of samples of the MyHy into the cancer center I go to for treatment and I tried it. I seem to be able to stay much more hydrated and feel better when I use the MyHy instead of plain water plus gatorade. It is tough to drink that much fluid everyday on top of whatever else I drink like coffee and tea.

Caffeine works against you to stay hydrated.
Good luck with your battle
